If he gets 7 from the next 9, and moreso if the 2 wins come against Saints and Ipswich, then he'll deserve to stay on regardless. I think the point most CooperOuts are making is that they don't expect us to get those results.
Keep in mind that would mean 3 wins and a draw from 4 games including yesterday, then even if the football was of a similar ilk then I think you'd have to be pretty stubborn to say it wasn't working given we'd have then won as many as we'd lost with 4 draws in the mix. But also remember that Wolves aside we'll have played every team below us. So if he hasn't got those kinds of results, we could well back in the shit.
Frankly beating Saints is a must. They've scored 4 goals this season. Not beating them amounts to a criminal offense. Ipswich is probably more of a 'must not lose' situation, especially if we get points against Forest first.
