Well today KDH had a pass completion of 87%, Winks 90% with the former playing 39 passes and the latter 71. So Winks played it more and was more accurate with it. He does of course play deeper than KDH, which is a factor. But the evidence on today at least is against the claim.

He had 14 touches, 10 passes, 90% accuracy, 1 shot - off target, 1 key pass.
