  1. Bo Henriksen sacked by Mainz, there's a name
  2. "Progressive" folk betraying their own values of freedom, democracy, equality just so they get a chance to stand hand in hand with people who don't even respect them as human beings while shouting death to the common enemy. Every single one of these attacks, violent rhetoric spouting marches, or even bands who think it's okay to glorify any of this, shows Jews once more that they did the right thing by creating a safe haven of a country and that they're doing the right thing by not listening to the world when it comes to its security. Because they'll never be safe here in Europe. Because politicians and the people have utterly failed them. The Shoah wasn't a mistake or mishap, it was wanted, wanted by not only an egomaniac dictator but also the common people.
  3. How much thicker does the bullet proof glass need to be, how much higher the security fences at Jewish institutions, how much more can we demand the Jewish community hide itself than it already does? It's pathetic. It's a direct result of pandering to a very specific crowd that has been spouting violent rhetoric ever since October 2023.
  4. https://x.com/PolitlcsGlobal/status/1964066671687324159?t=Lo3sl68ee7l9O9vRuvT09Q&s=19 Marinakis saying to let Putin keep parts of Ukraine... I know I shouldn't expect anything from a mafia boss but christ this is pathetic.
  5. So we turned down 32m+ from Palace just to agree to 26m? Clowns
  6. Hopefully that injury gets sorted over the break
  7. He's now made more appearances for us than any other club in his career by the way.
  8. I'm just not of the opinion one should over generalise entire groups of people. I don't expect every Muslim player who walks through our door to pledge allegiance to the LGBT flag just because of presumed homophobia. Neither should you let your hatred of Netanyahu taint your image of the average Israeli.
  9. Disliking an entire country and its people for no discernable reason beyond you don't like their president is.
  10. Thanks for at least being honest in your bigotry. I can't stand Netanyahu and his cronies but I don't hold the entire country responsible for it, especially not when close to a million take to the streets and protest for peace and against their government. I'm not comparing Polands president to what Israel is doing, I merely took him as a problematic example from the country of origin of another player of ours. And as far as being far right is concerned, Netanyahu and him do have stuff in common.
  11. Right so you *are* purity testing Solomon, got it. Let's demand BEK to distance himself from Moroccos occupation of Western Sahara, let's retrospectively ask Under, Cags and Yunus to condemn what Erdogan is doing, let's ask Begovic to give us his perspective on the Yugoslav war, let's demand Stolarczyk distance himself from Polands new far right president. Anyone I've forgotten? See why it's silly?
  12. Go on, do tell me what your issue with Solomon is beyond "he is Israeli so clearly he must love Netanyahu and what he is doing"?
  13. Yes and no he hasn't. The reaction we're seeing to the news of his potential signing is just revealing a lot of unfounded bias and prejudice by some people.
  14. Issues which he wouldn't be the reason for. He played with Palestinians, Central African Republic, Senegalese, Ghanaian, French Muslims in the past, there isn't one story of there being any issues. If anything, Hamza throwing a fit would just show how his narrow mindedness. I do hope he'd take the chance to actually learn something about perspective because Solomon was actually directly affected by the war as opposed to Hamza.
  15. Yet he hasn't? The two things people keep bringing up are 1) His post about the Al-Ahli Hospital explosion for which Israel was wrongly blamed. And Solomon was right about it - WSJ, CNN, AP, NATO, NYT and others have all said the same thing. 2) the other post with the ginger baby and the terrorist. I genuinely don't see the issue here? If people can post "All Eyes on Rafah" why can't he post that? There's nothing offensive or wrong about the picture, he merely seeks to draw attention to his side of the story, same way other people did and do. For what it's worth Solomon follows opposition politicians on his social media as well as outlets critical of the government. But clearly that hasn't stopped people from being prejudiced little dickheads.
  16. Also Turkey occupying parts of northern Syria and bombing Kurdish children to bits. Oh and the multiple genocides they committed, greeks, armenians... I can't recall people being phased when we signed Under or Soyuncu. What might the reason be hmmm...
  17. At this point anyone who thinks we're signing anyone before deadline day needs their head checking. It's obvious we're clearing out as much as possible, trying to get rid of wages and balancing the books. This season's a write off, anything that happens beyond avoiding relegation is a bonus. We're going to contest it with what we've got left + the youth.
  18. Choudhury needs to fvck off out of this club. Mr. Dui and horrid footballer.
  19. https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cly84jn000do.amp Druze and other civilians massacred in hospital by Syrian government troops. And the world doesn't care. Odd.
  20. Guess Bob Vylan's U.S tour will have to wait because an intl. correspondant just confirmed his US visa has been revoked. Not that the Trump admin needs any reason to ban you from the country besides a picture of an obese VP on your phone. Still, seems Bob is currently firmly in the find out phase.
  21. Cognitive dissonance. Through hatred spread on social media and in the news they've fully convinced themselves they're in the right and may apply any means necessary.
  22. I wouldn't be too sure about that. Just a couple weeks ago a plot was uncovered which involved drugging/ poisoning anyone perceived as Israeli at a music festival in Portugal. Or just think back to the riots in Amsterdam after that European fixture where anyone unable to sufficiently prove they weren't Israeli was beaten up/ run over and whatnot, including Ukrainian tourists. People these days more than ever are willing to get violent, the threshold decreasing constantly. I'd argue that threshold is non-existent when you're in a crowd, part of a hivemind echoing what someone on a stage says.
  23. The most ridiculous thing about all of this is - there are arab muslims and christians, druze, bedouins, ethiopian jews, men and women alike serving in that army. But Bob Vylan and the crowd don't care about differentiation or nuance. Which makes it pretty clear to me why they're chanting this and which demographic they're wanting to apply this chant to.
  24. Don't have anything left for Cruz or Netanyahu and his cronies but god that chanting is pathetic. They do realise their army is made up of conscripts and unless you're ultraorthodox or Bibis son (incredibly problematic but a different topic), there aren't any exemptions from service? It's insane how every public figure must pass this new ideological litmus test. You saw it with Skepta who just did his set, got on with it and then got shit on social media because he didn't speak out about the middle east.
