No he'd been let go before his diagnosis. Very sad - was a top bloke too.

Same as last year. We're a cult and some of our fans lap it up.

Bilal El Khannouss (Stuttgart loan, official)

I haven't set any narrative on it - I'm just assuming it must be about £30m or around that, as I can't see why someone wouldn't have paid it for around £22m. Forest offered £35m for Omari Hutchinson ffs. -

No - im assuming we'd actually sign some players with the money. -

I don't want either of them to start to be honest, but if we can get money for Winks and above £30m for bilal (which it must be, as I can't see why anyone wouldn't have gone for him at the £22-25m mark) I think that's just good business. -

Someone appears to be pretty desperate to ship him on.... There must be a reason why no one has gone for him - I know he's great but I'd rather keep Fattawu if it's a choice of him or Bilal. Then if we can sell Winks as well, hopefully that covers everything. -
Fair point - but I'm not sure the players are the problem - it's Rudkin and Top that are really the problem at the club and until they're gone we live in this perpetual cycle.

Dewsbury hall did exactly the same thing last championship season (although I don't think he said **** off).

11 year old kid with ADHD (who happens to be Lee Fortis' nephew) being trolled by Indian 'fans' in the comments. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DM090QzoYS2/?igsh=MW11ZjZrc2dxdHdqag== Pathetic. -

Not in all formats, and he averages the same as Pope in tests. Brilliant series but not for me. -

Yeah irked me slightly how often India's absences were highlighted - we were missing our whole first choice fast bowling attack for the first two tests. -

To some extent yeah and im not saying it wasn't a gripping test series. Personally I think the tight low scoring gakes are just more dramatic. For large parts of this series- overs 30-80 - nothing was doing and I found that a bit dull at times. -

I think the way they've talked up the series has been overblown to be honest. Tests 2 and 4 were pretty dull for me - too many runs scored. You could even argue the first innings of the Lords test was pretty dull. The better tests are always the closer ones - the 5th was a classic, no doubt. The 05 Ashes was close the whole time - it'll be hard to ever beat that for me. -

Jordan Cox is next in line after Bethell I think - and he's had another good summer. -

He's got an outside shout of being in the 17 i think. Purely because he can act as an all rounder and a second spinner. -

He gets big wickets. Smith and Williamson all been done with a nip backer. It surprises me tbh. -

All the picks make sense tbh. They largely disregard county record because they don't mean anything at this level. Brook averaged 37 in county cricket, yet average just under 60 at test. -

Id say of those you've mentioned the only one that's really got an argument is Rehan and his batting has only come to the fote this year. Cook couldnt get Zimbabwe out. Haines might have a shout but Mckinney is far more likely in my opinion. -
