  1. No chance. He will stay even if we lose both this week.
  2. He will take any premier league job now. Nailed on Southampton when Martin gets sacked.
  3. I think just shake up the songbook a bit. Short snappy chants which people can easily learn. The ayew one for example is one everyone picked up really quickly and is one of the louder ones now. The loudest chants in the ground are the “come on Leicester” and “Leicester Leicester Leicester” that come from sk3/4. It’ll always come down to effort but now’s a good chance to try a more original style as we are short on songs after last season. “Harry, harry winks” it’s boring but effective. You might think “start one yourself” but ultimately if you’ve got 20 lads starting a chant at the front, and it’s a chant people can learn easily, it’ll have more success than a longer European one. Again, not having a pop in any way, just some thoughts.
  4. Tbf he’s lucky he survived as long as he did
  5. Nagalsmann all day
  6. Interesting with ten haag gone
  7. Meh he could have got here if he wanted.
  8. I meant in terms of new songs being created, they are more of a European style.
  9. completely agree. But short of getting 10/20 lads starting new chants together it’s difficult to change it. UFS like the Europe stuff so it’s going to take some effort from elsewhere. The ayew one is boring and simple but effective because everyone knows the words and it’s not droany.
  10. Maybe it’ll come back I don’t know but there’s definitely an issue with it not meaning as much to our fans at the moment. Maybe some feel we reached our peak, but I’m not sure we’d have created the same end forest did on Friday in the same circumstances.
  11. Was he at the forest match?
  12. It’s not, it’s the reality at the moment. Too many are going out of routine rather than it really meaning anything to them.
  13. Many fair points in this but there’s an absolutely stark different at the moment and could well be because of what you mentioned about the trajectory all clubs are on. But it just seems since we’ve moved grounds it’s been so different.
  14. Times have changed unfortunately.
  15. Can’t think where you got that from
  16. I think it’s already dead unfortunately with a handful of good atmospheres a season.
  17. For sure and I always refer to Leeds around this point. They have a huge amount of pride in how they support their club and it’s seen as almost a duty to give really vocal backing. It’s not incredible for 90 minutes as we saw last season but they are a proper club. Much like Sheffield Wednesday, there’s a local pride there. We just seem to have lost that.
  18. Completely different level of passion too. They live for it up there.
  19. To a point but it doesn’t mean fans can’t make it intimidating. It’s just another excuse for shit support.
  20. One day this’ll happen I pray 😂
  21. Derby and forest have more passionate supporters. Ultimately if you have passionate supporters, people use their voices because it means a lot to them. We don’t have nearly enough
  22. Even derby can get everyone in one place ffs
  23. Well that’s hopefully the idea with safe standing, that it brings everyone together but I remain skeptical
  24. Exactly, when we were in the top 4 under Rodgers it was shit then too. There’s a complete difference in mentality to other clubs similar to our size. I don’t know what it is but it’s a clear difference.
  25. Can he genuinely be making money out of it anymore?
