Only thing I would say to soften the blow ever so slightly is I genuinely don’t think it matters who the manager is. You have to be absolutely exceptional to thrive with dumb and dumber above you. Doesn’t really matter that’s it’s Martin.

With the lack of IQ that rudders and Top have, it’s no surprise this is happening really. Just makes me despair that such thick people can be in such high positions.
