It’s also believing in what your club is trying to do. we’ve never been great but when there’s a lack of plan or any kind of communication it only hurts it more. I thought wolves fans were pretty decent compared to a lot of grounds this season.

In defence of English culture which has many many problems. I think there is something to be said for fans upping the noise in response to the actual game. If you are 2-0 down at home but then get a goal back and the whole ground gets up, the opposition notice that (depending how loud the crowd is) which can destabilise a team. If you have the same constant noise for 90 minutes, do they notice that difference in Europe? Genuinely don’t know and there arent many grounds in england these days which are really decent so hard to judge. When we played Leeds at their place and got beat 3-1, when they got the equaliser the whole ground upped the noise and that essentially won them the game. its an interesting conversation, the culture differences between European ultras and English football. A mix of both English and elements of the European style I think would work best. It’s never going to be ultras style on masses over here.

We can start by not letting a man make football decisions who doesn’t understand much about football …

Worked evenings at wilko a few years ago whilst at uni and it was our job to replenish stock. We were all young lads and so got the work done within about an hour of a 4 hour shift so we’d regularly end up playing football in the warehouse with one of the balls they were selling. Unfortunately once I absolutely twatted this ball (Tielemans fa cup final style) across the warehouse and broke one of the strip lights from the roof and knocked over paint which went everywhere. None of us said owt and the next day they thought they’d been broken into. Never got done for it and got offered more hours.

Yeah but it’s not in our culture to be tribal and completely 100% behind the team. People might not like it but it’s the truth.

It’s not even that though, it’s the obsession with only going at the opposition. I know some parts of the fanbase are a bit rough and ready but yesterday was just cringy. Wolves fans were playing their part too but it seems like a lot of our lot only go for ‘banter’ support the team man.

For what we’ve won and the size of the club, we really don’t have big club fanbase. It’s absolutely tinpot.

Goes to show the difference in intensity level between the premier league and the championship. It’s such a shame because prior to his first ACL, he was unplayable. He must be absolutely gutted with how his career has gone since.

He’s a disgrace

The fact Martin is first choice is absolutely no surprise. Employ a manager that will play a style of football a large section of our fans hate and with a style that’s been proven time and time again not to work in the premier league with promotion the aim I would assume. Brilliant
