Cartwright has been on the bench for a while now. He’s still getting minutes but Falkirk have obviously got a settled midfield pair now. Still played every game and usually gets 20-30 mins off the bench so probably not reason for alarm yet.

Best I’ve ever seen him play yesterday. He wins the ball back so much, drives forward with it and nearly always makes the right pass. He is so obviously talented and just needed time after that ACL injury. Be great if he can have a good League One loan second half of the season

He could’ve binned Faes off and used Nelson from the start but no he stuck with Faes. Weak.

If he was showing any signs of improvement then you could make a case for sticking with him but there has genuinely not been a good performance under him and we’re 15 games in

For next season this is who I’d like to see at the club: Stolarczyk Nelson Monga Mavididi James Braybrooke (After hopefully a successful League one loan 2nd half of the season) Page Aluko Any more academy lads that are ready to for the jump up. Fatawu will obviously be sold. Ricardo is starting to look likes he’s finished The rest can all leave for all I care. We need a complete reset and have a squad that are full of young players that actually show some ****ing pride and want to be here. We need to build something over the next few seasons and that’s the only way we’ll do it.

Oh yeah this loan has been brilliant for him. He’s incredibly talented.

Ten!! 3/4 Tackles won 1/2 Aerial duals won Man of the match. Best player on the pitch. Way too good for League Two.

I’m watching Newport for Braybrooke and Fuchs has got them pressing high and absolutely dominating Barrow. All I’m saying.

Letting guys like Faes back into the fold really was his downfall. Would’ve have so much more respect for him if he was strong and banished these guys. So far the only player that was banished is Ben Nelson bizarrely.

Fuchs will be fuming. Should be going in 1-0 up but some clown tried to do a bit of skill and Barrow ended up scoring.

Watching Newport v Barrow to cleanse my eyes and Braybrooke impressive again. The co commentator is loving him. You almost feel bad for Newport that he’ll be leaving in Jan but he can play at a higher level

He quite clearly isn’t the biggest problem but we can’t keep him. How can a manager not have a clear style of play? We genuinely don’t look like we’re being coached. . A better manager could get more out of this squad. I’m 100% certain of that. Or at the very least actually makes it look like we have a clear way of playing.
