  1. They made a vague statement with no context and when actually asked they went silent, you can’t argue that point. Now I’m fully expecting the fan boys to get excited about me hating on ufs without knowing I actually sent that account some useful info on this very topic before this thread was even posted, as I did a few other people on here. I pointed out the hypocrisy of the foxes trust being called out for being silent, do we all now forgive them and accept they were discussing stuff behind the scenes and were told not to say anything? Thank you
  2. i simply said people call out the foxes trust for being silent and ufs are doing the same.
  3. and people have a go at the foxes trust for not communicating, poor, even if it's to say the club have asked us not to discuss it
  4. what's been said from both sides then?
  5. Can we take all the atmosphere bashing back to the appropriate thread please, don’t want to give people heart attacks seeing me join in before xmas
  6. it could be the atmosphere of the century but we'd still have people moaning on here. comparing cov on a saturday to cardiff on a friday night with no trains back is really pushing it.
  7. well there won't be a protest outside the ground, 99.99% of people there will have a ticket and aren't locked out
  8. really???? i know loads who have come out of the woodwork for this one
  9. they could do it today and they'd be sold before lunchtime but they won't
  10. I just suggested creating your own account as a courtesy to the person going out their way to buy them for you. and imagine being banned from a thread for having eyes and ears, but sure it's the same as when i first read it Anyway, looking forward to this game as got some mates from Huddersfield coming down to have a few beers with
  11. Just a heads up for this, especially after the general sale thread. If you want to go and know a season ticket holder or member you can get them to get you a guest ticket right now if you create an account. If you have an account and a purchase history, you can buy tickets for this yourself from the 23rd. There's loads in M1 available again now as well
  12. i've hilariously been banned from posting on that thread by some melt as they can't handle objective truths about that. I sit all over and it's true what you say. for example sit in SK4, L1, K1 and you can't hear UFS at all, but sit p3 or p4 and you can hear them. sit in sk4 and you can hear the away end and L1 quite clearly, but from half way down the east stand to sk1 you'll struggle to hear anything. i'm looking forward to seeing how the ground changes once this is finally finished, if it ever starts
  13. i took my nephew Swansea away and went right at the back so he could stand on his seat and could see fine doing that, he's 8. just an idea if that works
  14. from last time, more like jogging bottoms and string vest
  15. as i've said, if the system is unfair, play the system. i accept i'll never get anywhere near any decent points but it is what it is, whatever they do they'll be people unhappy. i can see the next argument if they start cutting off points and everyone is piled in the same priority group, all the oldies and coach 1 people have nothing to do and can snap them up at 8am etc etc
  16. cov, derby, forest in mid-late 90's spring to mind as well as Crystal Palace when there was a massive power cut on the underground and most of the underground failed. last time i even saw a 'football special' was for sheff utd fans to get home probably about 2005
  17. i'll be getting the train back to Rugby but not on the way
  18. if you're going anywhere near Broughton Astley on the way back I'll jump in home
  19. yep, up to 49 quid as well if you want to sit in a great spot. and how on earth they thought Huddersfield on NYD is a cat A game, most people will be dead Bet i end up spending nearly double than what my mates with season tickets do over the season
  20. cheers, can easily get my tickets today but trying to build up my own points as well so going to risk it
  21. how is this selling now please? going to make members?
  22. I would look into how to get the government to cover the cost as they naffed it up. I wouldn't have even thought they'd not offer mortgages because of that but the theory is correct. If you are insulating the actual roof leave a gap of 50mm between the roof felt/tiles and the material you're using so air can move behind it and stop the damp and rot
  23. 37 quid is expensive to some but not to others, simple as that. Luckily for me I didn’t look at the price and thought f**k that’s expensive I’m boycotting, I’m just working out how to get mine. It’s different for everyone so blame the clubs being greedy, not the fans
  24. No we ain’t, it’s the clubs ripping fans off that’s the problem. Not our fault some of us are prepared to pay more than others to watch our team
