  1. Takes some bollocks to do that. Good enough for me. #WelcomeBackGary
  2. Even a sell-on fee in case he does become a world beater. Probably not.
  3. Anyone know what Gary Taylor-Fletcher is up to these days??
  4. We’re banking on the fact that they’ll go up this year which they might not. Which means he’s definitely scoring a few against us next year.
  5. If we reinvest the money wisely in the next week then I’ll accept that I’m wrong but our track record doesn’t fill me with confidence, which means we’ve offloaded a half decent striker for no reason. If (when) we go down, he would’ve been a good, young, player to have held on to with a decent record in the Championship. Made pretty much no profit on him either. Just doesn’t make any sense to me.
  6. Very excited by this. Him and Milenkovic looked very solid at the Euros and its not turned out badly for Forest with Milenkovic since.. Hope its not another case of Interested FC.
  7. Think you read my mind. Whether we like it or not, football has become a business and businesses that stay stubborn and don’t keep up with the times go under. Vichai seemed a top bloke but he was a ruthless businessman. He didn’t take any shit and I doubt he would’ve put up with this. Top just doesn’t seem to have it in him but he needs to sort that out sharpish.
  8. He's worked at the academy and other parts of the club for 20 years which is admirable but we have clearly massively fallen behind by keeping him as DoF. He was never fully qualified to do the job to begin with and it shows. 10-15 years ago no one knew or was arsed about who the DoF was anywhere but football has changed massively and now people like Ashworth, Begiristain, Wilcox, Paratici etc. are now seen as celebrities and vital parts of a successful business. Rudkin could be the nicest bloke in Leicestershire and bleed blue but this is not the time for Top to be sentimental and keep his mate in a job. We desperately need an overhaul of the board and get someone in who's an expert in the field so we can keep up with the modern ways. I’m not Top out but the longer this drags on and we don’t start making the cutthroat business decisions, we’ll only fall further and it’ll be on him.
  9. Enciso from Brighton to Ipswich on loan is happening. Painful to see them being so active in the market. Quality addition too.
  10. I've desperately tried to wipe that 90 minutes from my memory ever since... I pretend Danny Ward was a figment of my imagination and I'm much happier for it.
  11. I remember when we were nailed on to sign Madueke before he got injured at PSV. We've fallen so far in 3 years...
  12. That move never made sense for him apart from us being desperate for some cash. Such a waste.
  13. Christ I know we're bad but Wolves are shocking. All we need is a couple of decent results to get out though easier said that done.
  14. Seriously who are we expecting to get in if we get rid???? Sacking a manager every 3 months solves nothing. Yes we’ve been dogsh*t and the performances are inexcusable but it’s mental seeing people calling for his head.
  15. Would love to know how the lads spent their 15 mins at HT. Came out looking a shadow of the team from the first half and rolled over. Unacceptable.
  16. Very fitting. Already got 11 of them!
  17. Anyone check if Woyo hasn’t done a runner???
  18. Might as well detach now. I’m not having these grifters ruin my mood week in week out. Already accepted the fact that we’re down.
  19. Nice one lads, cheers.
  20. No excuses now. We were shite under Cooper and are still shite under Ruud. Nowhere near good enough for this level.
  21. Could easily see us collapsing and losing 0-3 now. Palace haven’t had a sniff apart from us having a brain farts from time to time. One of those seasons where nothing goes our way whatsoever
  22. Goal out of absolute nothing. what a shambles
  23. I agree the rules are bollocks for the most part but I wouldn't say we weren't allowed to be ambitious. We spent c. £450m in the years between winning the league and relegation - it's not the league's fault the money got spent the way it did. We only have ourselves (Rudkin) to blame for the mess we're in.
