Soumaré and Ayew are bad calls and that bench is mostly hideous. How do Reid and vik get on over Page and Aluko?

A keeper is the farthest position from need as we have. Jakub is a prem standard, maybe not as good as trafford but good enough for us when we need every other position other than wing upgrading.

We won't be top, but if we were I'd still sell them. They are bottom 6 of prem level at best. Winks' contract is up in June, so he'd leave for free. Whilst I think Faes is possibly the best CB of an average lot at the moment, it seems he's burnt his bridges with the fans and can easily be matched or upgraded, however he's not at the end of his contract so If we cant get a reasonable fee then we should keep him.

It's more who can we get rid of, than who can we sign for me. I still want Bouba, Vesty, Daka & Reid gone. They're just stopping other players getting squad time. If we can get rid of Faes and Winks and VK for a small amount of money then I'd do that. They aren't in our future, or they shouldn't be. I'd accept 6 less points as the youngsters learn if we do that.

Enjoy listening to Rick. I'm happy to give Nelson a run but in the place of Vestergaard. Vesty is doing well this season but he is not the answer, he should have been given away so that Marti can't choose him. Seems people have been fooled that a CB 's most important quality must be passing. NO! NO! NO! NO! A CB needs to be able to defend and most of all be able to head a ball. However it's the lack of Page and even more so Aluko in the squad that worries me. I NEVER want to see Reid and I'd prefer Page over Ayew at 10 or as backup to Ramsey. Aluko looked class in pre-season and the end of last year. I'd have him in any defensive position in our team. Midfield is a mess. Bouba has always been terrible and shouldn't be in the team. Winks is great at some things but he isn't a good DM because he doesn't defend well and even his great passes he always gives up a good chance every match. As our DM it needs to be either Hamza or maybe Nelson as DM instead of defenders. JJ should be the other midfielder box to box. In attack Carranza has to start. He showed signs of good movement and he can head. Daka and Ayew should never be our attacker. Daka should simply have been sold, even for a loss, in the summer.
