Sciatica is awful. I'm sorry you're going through all this. No good advice to offer but just hope it gets better for you.

I don't know if they went to the EFL but the club was royally fvcked over. They were docked 30 points before the season started which led to inevitable relegation to the National League (it was probably still called the Conference then). They were stuck down there for five seasons.
