I forgot to post my bets so I`ll look like a right liar posting after the event but i`ll do it anyway . I did 3 bets, two accumalators of 6 sides, one domestic and one European and a single bet. The single was Wolves to beta Norwich at 8/11 and that came in and I had £220 on it to win £160. Unfortunately, the two accies went tats up. All won in the domestic footy one apart from Rotherham who drew after leading and Southampton who got dicked despite rallying to 2-2 against 10 men. The European one was so close that it hurts. The only side who let me down was Gent in Belgium who drew and the other 5 won. I ended up £60 up as the accies were £50 each. I worked out that had I put £50 on each selection from both accumulators that I would have actually won a total of £350. I may well do smaller stake wins instead of these accumulators where I seem to get one or two of the 5 selections let me down. I hope you lot had decent days on your bets.

I took advantage of enhanced odds with William Hill for PSV, Real Madrid and Roma last night of odds just over 3/1 (61/20) and had £50 on that one but had a longer accumulator come unstuck for £40 but still showed a profit. Today, Ive backed AEK Athens for £300 at just under evens on Betfair. Some firms like Ladbrokes have got them as short as 4/7 on this game but Im hoping that the Rivaldo inspired side who usually kick it in the Champs League, can manage to overcome Salzburg. Ive also done an accumulator for £30 : AEK Athens, Anderlecht, Getafe and Sparta Prague. I was tempted to back Standard Liege who I think are top in the Belgian League at odds of about 5/1 to beat Zenit St Petersburg but Ive bottled it as they are playing away from home.

They should pay out all eventualities in this game as there cant have been too much money bet? Another venture into London to help my cousin go shopping for her relatives FFS! It got so bad that I just went into the first shop I saw and said yes to every question she asked. Ive had a bad week on the footy and this weekend was another expensive one so tomorrow I`ll try to recoup some of the losses on the poker tables. God knows I need some luck

A bad day at the office for me. Two of my 4 selections won, Cov got dicked at home and the main one Hull decided to play JJ on 54 mins and by the sounds of it he han them ragged! I mainly placed the bet on his inclusion as he apparently was awesome for their reserves and by the sounds of it he was great for the time he played yesterday. Reading the highlights bit makes things even worse, especially when I read stuff like..... I kid you not but from what I read on the highlights he was awesoem and nearly won them the game.Maybe we should have bought him after all

Car broke down on M25 on route to the game, patched up in time to get us there in time (thank god my dad is a mechanic and also thank god it didn't happen half way on the road to Leicester). A weird day in footballing terms as the fans were muted, Megson wasn't really welcomed and it just felt strange. The result was a joke as we should have won the game and again, strangely nearly ended up somehow losing it . After the game passed through Northampton for a couple of hours to see a mate which was cool and came home to eat 2 stuffed Paratha`s, a Chikcen Tikka Massala and two of the four cakes in a value pack from the tesco express. I now feel sick but have to be up early for the day with my son. All in all I`ll rate the day as a 5.

I think more of my selections lost than won - Thankfully I didn't bet as much as I do on domestic games but what is annoying is that these International games are all fooked up and you get a high percentage of weird results and I shouldnt have bet a penny on them.
