It wasn't announced today out of respect for Sheffield Wednesday on their day, but Rohl's unlucky number is 3 so we don't want to announce it tomorrow either. Independence day, Peterborough friendly and no one works Sunday means we're looking at next week. But Rudkins got his kids sports day on Monday and Rohl has his own on Tuesday. Wednesday see above though the goodwill between the clubs may have worn off by then. We're waiting atleast another 7 days

Hard to know with strong regs changes but Red Bull will fall to being an upper midfield team without Max, but the 2nd drivers performances will pick up when he's given a car that isn't fully geared towards the #1. That's why I'd rather see George and Max on the same team, "normal" rules when it comes to building the car and upgrading it. If he's then putting 0.5s between him and George every single session next season, then I'll believe he's superhuman. Antonelli at this stage of his career I can see him ending up like past Red Bull #2s against Max

Just bumped into Danny Rohl outside Oak Furniture Land. We both awkwardly apologised to each other and then got on our way
-
Let's get the bahl rohling then
-
Is there any chance your friend has incorrectly been hearing the name Danny Rohl as opposed to Danny Ward
-
Max would not have reacted the way he did to Antonelli if it was Russell, Hamilton or Norris for starters. Perhaps fair enough if you want to assume he saw it as a rookie mistake which the other three shouldn't be making. It'd be nice to see more of that side of him
-
I doubt he would however I can't see many better sides going for him, plus if he likes developing young talent then he'd know we have a lot of it and possess class facilities @FrankieADZ forgot to quote

Has Dr. Cob joined us yet?

I don't think it'd be like our last time here but I feel the league is weaker. Ipswich I think should be favourites, Sheffield Utd have potentially ballsed up by ripping apart what they did last season by getting rid of Wilder. Should have stuck with him like Leeds with Farke.
-
Because our boardroom situation is apparently on par with Sheffield Wednesday and our playing squad, the majority of which dominated this league 18 months ago, is no longer capable of surviving in it this time around 🚨
-
Tell your source these Rohl jokes aren't welcome around here

Brownhill would be terrific. Think some of us are too obsessed with signings that are PL-ready. Risky and costly game for a club who can barely be trusted with money. Hopefully we can find some more Hermansen's
-
Dyche wouldn't be on Brentford's radar both last week nor in January if Andrews gets canned and that's nothing to do with Dyches credentials, just that they have their own ways of recruiting and would do something like Brighton with the young guy they got. West Ham would be more likely to go in the direction of Dyche even though they've got much more of a pull than Brentford
-
Feels like Christmas Eve doesn't it
-
Announcing this on Wednesday would be the ultimate dagger in the back of his soon-to-be former club 😈
-
I wouldn't mind some Dyche
-
I think that's something we can rohl with

Announcement expected at 12 in tribute to the number of points we're due to be deducted for breaching PSR
-
I think we're going to get a 12 point deduction for the state of it
-
Gotta overcome the 12pt deduction first

Hair loss, treatments, worries and advice and discussion thread
Brainy replied to splinterdream's topic in General Chat
I'm early-mid 30s and slowly becoming a balding top, my current stance on it is that while I can't see it, I'll try not to care. Always had plenty of hair so shaving it off is a no go but going short all over is a no-go because my head is too fat and wouldn't suit it -
I can't work out if he's that 5 star potential regen on FM who's attributes look bang average, or if he's the 3 star potential regen on FM who's stats look like they deserve 5 star potential

This is weird. For starters, as uninspiring as he would be, Dyche would stand just as much chance as keeping us up in the PL as anybody else linked with us. You saw what happened last summer when we Maresca goes, it rocks the boat. If Dyche gets the job now and takes us up, he isn't being pinched by anybody and allows us to continue to build rather than start from scratch. I'm not against preferring Rohl to Dyche but if there's any hint towards our board that Rohl wants to jump ship at the first opportunity then we should be steering clear. I understand the argument of getting the best man in now and dealing with unforseen circumstances (Maresca to Chelsea) later but that really blunted us last year. I know the club finances probably would disagree with me on this but I'd rather spend two or three years at this level and build up again, academy starlets included, rather than go back up with the core squad that has seen us go down up and down again.
