Sky Sports News reporter James Savundra at the London Stadium: "Ruud van Nistelrooy would never say this publicly but deep down he must regret taking this job at Leicester City. "His stock was high after his unbeaten stint in interim charge of Manchester United. "His CV has been dented by what looks like being 11 defeats in 12 in the Premier League. "The Dutchman has pledged his allegiance to Leicester come what may, yet it appears inevitable he’ll be managing in the Championship next season." -

RVN basically pointing and yelling every single movement so far to the players. that's insane at this level to have to do that . -

no manager with this squad would be able to get any results in my opinion. -
Leicester 0-3 Brentford Sky Sports' Alan Smith at the King Power Stadium: "Jon Rudkin has been getting a lot of stick off the Leicester fans. You can understand the fans' point more generally. "It's been a long while since they won the league and even since the FA Cup."

Former Leicester captain Wes Morgan to Sky Sports: "It's been awful. Leicester seem lost on the pitch, not sure whether to stick, twist, get tight or stand off. It's resulted in them conceding chances or goals. "The Leicester defence are ball watching, no-one is on the front foot, no-one is being proactive. When you do that, you're going to get beaten to the ball." -

Niko Kovac was apparently considered most likely said he wouldn't come because of the current squad and financial situation too bad. RVN just can't work within these parameters. Honestly don't think any manager could. Disgusting and sick is a good description for the current state of things. -
loss for words. this is horrible.

so much money wasted on transfers and contracts when i look at the starting 11 and bench. this is brutal.

Van Nistelrooy: Fans back team despite protests Leicester boss Ruud van Nistelrooy is convinced his Premier League relegation battlers have the backing of the club’s fans. A section of supporters held a protest march against the Foxes’ hierarchy before last weekend’s home defeat to Arsenal, but Van Nistelrooy said that did not affect his players. “I think it’s pure passion what you see around you,” he said. “Passion for the football club to do better and that is a great thing to see and to feel and to represent that. “I feel in the Arsenal game we were supported really well. I didn’t hear any negativity. (The fans) were all behind the team. “We all suffered, off and on the pitch with those late goals. The protest, I haven’t really seen that because we were already in the stadium preparing for the game. “So the supporters did that separate from us. So that helped. We were focusing on the game and when we went out there was nothing visible about that and that felt like great support.”

Frank sympathetic of Leicester situation Brentford boss Thomas Frank says new Leicester boss Ruud van Nistelrooy has given the Foxes structure despite their struggles to pick up points. Leicester have not won since beating Tottenham 2-1 in January and have lost nine of their last 10 league games. "I think of course it's a tough situation. It's never nice to be in the relegation zone and even though its tight, Ruud has given them structure," Frank added. "I know they haven't won many games but he's given them stability and they have a lot of Premier League experience. "They were only down for a year and a lot of starters have played a lot of Premier League games which means a lot. "(Stephy) Mavididi, (Bilal) El Khannouss, (Jamie) Vardy and (Jordan) Ayew can hurt any team. "It's a game they know they need to get something from, so it'll be very difficult and on the flipside, we believe in ourselves and need to perform a very good game."
