I completely forgot this game was being played today. Honestly, it's not a competition in which we should be bothered about, we're not going to win it and so should be used for rotation, in my opinoin. Good to see us scoring goals, but obviously still concerning that we are unable to actually win games.

Aside from parents with kids, I would have to question the sanity of someone going to that open training day...

I will be very surprised if he gets sacked after today's game. Not because he shouldn't, he absolutely should. But if they were going to, they surely would have done it at the point of us being relegated. That's the nail of all nails to put into the coffin, but he seems impervious to it, from the boards perspective at least.

I am staggered by how dreadful we have been for the last 3 games on the bounce. Not a hint of quality on the pitch. Had a decent spell before the end of the 1st half, but we’ve had nothing since. Would love nothing more than Passmoor getting the sack, but I just don't think it is going to happen.

She's not wrong to be fair, in fact, she's on the money. If they can see it, why can't they remedy it, that bit is on them, not necessarily management. Like what we have seen with the mens team, it goes beyond bad management when you can look at the players lacking ANY kind of fight and desire.

I had said that unless we bounce back into WSL this season, I'd not be renewing my renewing my season ticket for next season. It's a huge shame, my daughters love going, but when it's dreadful & boring football, even they are getting bored and fed up.

I've not really seen much of the game today, but it's just like watching last season all over again. You wouldn't tell we're in a lower division. We're totally poor all over the pitch, but one of the things that stands out to me is the fact we're totally incapable of making simple passes. Our pass completion rate must be absolutely awful. I think I saw my under 8 girls team make more passes this morning than what I've seen from these recent games.

Looking forward to the game tomorrow, be interesting to see where we are really at as a team. If we play as we did against Durham, we will give them a really good game, but if we play as we did against Ipswich, we're going to get battered.

Yes, I can understand the decision to go for first team, but with the likes of Draper thrown in there too, experiment a bit. The worry I have is that it's a long season and we can't afford any more injuries, particularly as we have some mega important games within the next couple of weeks.

I expected a much worse scoreline to be fair. From what I have read, it seems to be Katie Keane we need to thank for that. Didn't watch it so I can't talk for the quality, but I am kind of surprised we didn't just play almost a purely youth team. Couldn't care less about this cup competition and we have bigger fish to fry in the league.

Really poor today, probably one of the worst performances I have personally seen of them. There was just nothing there, never really looked like scoring. Even against much better sides in the WSL, we showed a bit more grit and personality. We should have started with the exact same team as what we did last week (with the addition of Keane over Clarke and Mayling in Midfield). We looked so much more dynamic with Dennis and Bance, but when they got brought on, Ipswich had sat too far back for them to make an impact. Last weekends game gave us so much promise, now it feels like we are back to square 1 again. Next weeks game against Newcastle is going to be huge, currently the only side unbeaten, we should be picking up at least a point there if we should be taken seriously as league winning contenders.

I am just surprised that there is more of our men's players effected than the women's. There is a huge problem with ACL injuries accross women's football.

Really happy with this one. Hopefully be our number 1 this season. Clarke does not fill me with confidence.

Anticipated that it was ACL related by the fact that she was as good as in tears when she went down the tunnel. Hopefully it's not too bad and can return before the end of the season.

2nd half was pretty much a continuation of the 1st, we nearly had a mens team moment and made lives extremely difficult for ourselves before getting the 4th. I am torn with Missy, whilst she works hard, she just seems so afraid to try things and she also lacks pace to just push it ahead and run on to it like Dennis has. Lehmann and Pritchard looked like better options when they came on. Shame really, she had such promise a couple pf years ago.

I don’t think “he didn’t break the law” is really the bar we should be setting for the manager of a professional football team. Those internal rules exist for a reason. A manager is in a position of authority over the players. Having a relationship with a player crosses a pretty obvious professional boundary, regardless of whether it was consensual or whether that player has since left. I’m not questioning whether Kirk is a better coach than what we’ve had since. He probably is. But being good at your job doesn’t mean the club should overlook the reason you were dismissed from it. There are plenty of good football managers out there. Surely the ambition should be to find one who can improve the team without bringing that baggage back with them?

Good win, we absolutely dominated for the majority of the game. Should have been a lot more comfortable than it was. There's tougher teams in the league that will punish our lack of organisation more. Tierney didn't exactly tear it up in the WSL, but in the WSL2, she will be a big miss, assuming that's season over for her. We showed real dynamism and looked like we could score whenever we got the ball. Nystrom living up to the hype someone gave her on here so far. Looking forward to next weekends game.

You probably also think Kasabian should bring Tom back too. There's a reason they aren’t there any more. Not a fair comparison, but the moral point still stands.

Fancy us for it again today. Hopefully the team gels a bit better, particularly in an attacking sense. Will be interesting to see how many fans we get at home too. Playing at the KP was football in a library in the WSL, let alone the WSL2.

My point is that football is played accross all levels, grass roots, to international level, it doesnt mean that only those top levels are good football. The top levels are so disconnected from it's fans and turned into a commercial machine. It's far more appealing (to me) to follow a team whereby there is more there, particularly as someone with 2 girls who enjoy football and can get inspired by them being more accessible. The WSL is going the same way, but it's a long way off yet.

Didn't get chance to watch this properly, so can't comment on the performance. Good to see a win on the board... it's been a while. Hopefully we can build on it a little bit more next weekend against Durham at home. Re. Some mentioning that the quality of football is bad, not all football is played like prime Barcelona. Yes, it's not the best quality football, if you don't like it, just stick to watching paint dry in the Premier league.

Though the way they have gone about it is not morally good, they will show whay a few of us have been saying for some time. That the first team to really invest in their womens team (outside the top 3) will reap the benefits. The amount is a drop in the ocean compared to what is needed to run a mens club, but the first one to capitalise on the growing game will benefit commercially.

Probably turn into more like 10 weeks then knowing our injury history. Could even be the full season...
