  1. I would absolutely be on board with us getting Evans, so long as we are not spending much at all on him, would be a great player to sit next to Maguire, even if for just a season or 2. I'd love for us to sign Mawson as well/instead of Evans, but I think there will be clubs (like Everton springs to mind) who are willing to blow a fortune on him. Equally I think it would be great to get Drago permanently, but after how little he's been played this season, I don't think he will be too interested. It's time to say goodbye to Wes as a starting 11 CB though and people are seriously sniffing around Maguire. So maybe we should be in the market for 2 CB's, at least.
  2. I can remember being really excited about him when we originally signed him, as he came with a lot of hype. But he just doesn't seem to be improving anymore, whether it be due to confidence or whatever. I think it is best for both parties if we just let him go.
  3. It's clearly a fan design, looks kinda awkwardly thrown together on photo shop. Does look really nice though. Maybe a bit too much going on though.
  4. Thought I'd set up a transfer thread for the level headed FoxesTalk members. A place to have a nice, well mannered discussion on the possible in's and out's for our club. We need some Ying to counteract the Mahrez to Man city Yang. What what chaps.
  5. Great, I'll be checking out Totally Football Show and Golazzo for sure then by the sounds of it.
  6. I just recently got into listening to podcasts on the commute to work, wondered if anyone had any decent sports ones? I've been obsessed with Athletico Mince, as it's hilarious. But I've listened to them all now, so need another to binge. I've also been listening to No such thing as a fish, Adam Buxton and The Bugle. Not sporting ones, but they are quite funny.
  7. Hinckley Athletic, for a 4 pack of Stella. With the incentive of a free ex-council house in Wykin.
  8. He's not really played many games for Nice this season either... According to Wiki, only about 14. Worrying.
  9. Having a bit of a lull in using my Switch, starting to get a bit bored of the repetitive nature of Mario, especially when you essentially have to do the whole thing again to collect extra moons. As much grief as I may get for this, I just couldn't get into Zelda at all. I've not played a Zelda game since the Gameboy, so it may be part of it. But I just feel like it's TOO open and at no point is it really anyway hand holding, so I've just ended up being like "erm... What am I meant to do now?" so for a noob like me, it's no quite as accessible. I love the design and stuff, but I just can't get into it. I've also got LA Noire, which I can't really have too much judgement about, as I feel like you really have to sit down and play for a while and I've just not really had the opportunity. And of course Mario Kart 8 is incredible for a group of friends to have some fun with. Whenever we have a few people round, they always want to play it. Shame that the controllers are so expensive, winner stays on ruins the fun, just a tad.
  10. So, who's Assale are we Rogering?
  11. I'm also gutted Gargano won his Takeover match with Ciampa. I was hoping he would loose and then move over to the main roster, then a few weeks later maybe Ciampa follows him up to torment him.
  12. I enjoyed Wrestlemania, I think the last match was ruined by the crowd more than it was by the actual performance, I didn't think it was awful. Just not great, not what the main event should be. I'm really fed up of Brock as champion. Trying to think though, who are they going to put over Brock, Roman is the only one, but he essentially got squashed by Brock. I would love to see a big build for Braun to take it off him, maybe at Summer Slam? But Brock's just signed a new contract for a year. I can't really see him dropping it until he's done.
  13. Yeah, Claude's got a special closet he likes to keep certain players in... I don't think he likes to talk about it much.
  14. I think as far as his wife and kids or concerned, he's very much still in the closet. But we've had no confirmation either way I guess
  15. Agreed, shame his comeback will probably be in a bit of a lackluster match with Shane McMahon vs KO and Sami Zayne. Definitely would have preferred him to be in a high profile singles match, but I guess beggars can't be choosers. The Final Deletion was very good though, hoping that they can carry on with that momentum. But even then, I don't think it will be part of the Mania card.
  16. I would say that he probably could, but only through the middle. But we all know that if anyone is going to play there, it will be Kane with Vardy as back-up. But even then, I'm unsure on where Vardy sits in the pecking order. I think Southgate has a preference for younger players that play for the top PL 6 teams.
  17. Starting to get quite excited about Wrestlemania now, been unsure about it for the past few months. But it seems WWE is pulling it out the bag so far and already the build up is getting my more hyped. There are still "could do better" parts, but overall, I think it's going to be a good few weeks of Raw, Smackdown and NXT, if I can be arsed.
  18. Exactly, so why do you want to keep hold of Mahrez so bad? Mangala is going Everton on loan. It won't be Yaya, they will know that we won't pay his wages. And Man City's kids are some of the best in the country. And that's before the fact the they are giving us £65m. doing my best impression of Raneiri "come on"
  19. They are still trying to run a business, are they not? People tend to forget nowadays that football clubs at the top level aren't just football clubs anymore, they are businesses. What's the point in keeping hold of him?
  20. That's something that the team achieved though, not Mahrez. He wasn't an integral part of the team last season. On his day Mahrez is a world beater, but that's maybe 50% of the time. If Man City are willing to pay us £65m and give us one of there players (I'm thinking probably Delph) I will take that, no 2nd thoughts.
  21. As much as I would hate to see him go. It's twice now he's put in a transfer request and we all remember how terrible he was last season after the last request was turned down and his value then plummeted. I think we need to just cash in. And I'd take £60m, in a heartbeat.
  22. I don't think we NEED to buy anyone to cover Mahrez, prices are going to be way over inflated due to the time of the year and on deadline day. It depends who they have scouted, but I'd much rather see us get in a good RB to improve on Simpson and Amartey, if there is any available. But I'd be more than happy to wait until summer to reinvest that sweet, sweet Mahrez money.
  23. I think the sports science team would have to keep an eye on his sugar intake.
  24. I don't think they do, I looked in there when I was looking for one. I got mine from Game (get it online not in store, as they don't do the bundles in store)
  25. Really looking forward to this. Shame I've got to prioritize Christmas shopping over my own enjoyment at this time of year...
