Well the women's team have already signed 4 players in the window, not too shabby. I doubt Lehman will be the last either.

I agree in regards to the signings. I don't think we are currently have a case for concern for relegation just yet, yes the West Ham game is huge and not getting a result there may drag us into it, but it's really a 4 horse race, in which we are at the top of the pile currently. Liverpool are 5 points behind us, which doesnt sound like much, but with the rate in which they've picked up points so far, it's still a hill for them to climb. I expect us to pick up a couple more points in this 2nd half of the season than the first, which should make us difficult for Liverpool to catch, and even of they did, I doubt both Everton and West ham are going to turn into world beaters too.
-
Some people are in the mentality that we should be the best team in the WSL and have a rude awakening when we sign non-world class players and/or lose a few games. It's a step in the right direction at the end of the day.
-
Big shame, a nice cup run would have at least added a bit more intrigue to the season, not to be. Ah well.
-
I am not sure on how I see today's game going, we deserved a draw last week, but could have snook a win. If we were at home, I could see us winning, but as we're away, we will probably get beat. Shame it's not on YouTube.

It's basically the same as the FoxesPlayer our club tries to push. Unfortunately you have to pay.
-
She's an upgrade on some that we have. And we need to build the profile of the club, so she will provide value. So long as her wages aren't astronomical.
-
I can imagine she is going to demand some pretty big wages too. We don't want to copy the same problem the men's team have had for a few seasons now, so need to be wary. If it's not a financial risk and she's committed, then bring her in. She's not of great quality, but she will bring a lot exposure and still a slight improvement on some of our current players. 15.9m followers on Instagram, even if she is a social media celebrity, that brings a lot of eyes. Even the men's teams Instagram has only 7.7m. We want to build up the fan base to take us onto better things, it’s one way to do it.
-
I mean it won't hurt attendances... She's very popular. But I don't rate her that much, every time I've seen her play she's never impressed me. Saying that, she would be an upgrade on Ayanne at very least.
-
Confirmed on the website now that it's a loan. Probably not to be seen again I'd imagine, dare bet she's out of contract in the summer. Also, Tierney confirmed as captain with Neville as vice captain- sensible decision.
-
It's great to have an alternative forward to Mouchon, particularly if she may be injury prone. I've gone on about me thinking that Eiriksdottir may be a bit underrated, but she has seemed to be more effective on the wing from what we've seen of her there.
-
Agreed in terms of Tierney, she's been a great servant to the club, but she's an average player at best. Not really physical enough to be defensive, and isn't creative enough to be attacking. She wouldn't be the first player on the team sheet I would replace, but we do need to improve.
-
It's a shame, but if it means she gets minutes, then it's for the best.
-
Hopefully can pick up some valuable minutes and break into the first team from next season. Similar build, ect... as Van Egmont
-
I imagine they would be starting her if she was fit enough, by far our best attacker. Hopefully next weekend, fingers crossed.
-
Not a bad result really. Could and should have got something out of it, didn't take our chances. Didn't play too badly and looked more dangerous with Mouchon in the pitch. Still lacking creativity. Mayling played well, could have got a shot away on the break, but she was the most dynamic player on the pitch.
-
Need to make some changes now, Shannon, but particularly Cain have been so ineffective.
-
We've not played too badly that half, daft goal to concede. We had some chances that we've not taken, and it's come back to bite us in previous games. I'd have taken a draw before the game, still think it's realisric going into 2nd half.
-
It was a very Ward-esque goal to concede too
-
Been wanting Olivia Clarke to get her chance and she does that. She's got to come, take control and claim that.
-
Also looks like Emilia Pelgander has signed for a Danish side. I just happened to stumble upon it. No indication as to whether it is permanent or loan, but at this point I'd imagine she hasn't got long left on her contract now anyway. She looked good with the minimal minutes she did have in a Leicester shirt, but I respect the. doing what the mens team have been incapable of doing in getting fees for players going out of contract.
-
Lets be honest, if the transfer window closed now, I think we have a lot to be optimistic and happy about. Plus Williams would be great, maybe a winger would be good too, but only if we can upgrade on what we have. Loosing Janice isn't ideal, but I'd rather take the money for her to go now, rather than leave on a free in summer.

https://www.instagram.com/p/DTQCbDKjJOH/?igsh=MXRzczZsaG5zeXN0NA== Sorry, not sure how to embed articles, but Janice has left on a permanent. Seems odd... She seems to have lost her legs a little bit this season, but still a reliable player.
-
Still a good enough record to give me hope were going to score more goals in the 2nd half of the season. We do miss a 10, Janice was good in that role last season, means we haven't got a playmaker up the pitch currently.
-
Loving that we are moving early on these signings. I dont know anything about her, but she had a great scoring record for Hammerby, almost a goal every other game. Her Wiki stats for her time at Rosengard are blank though...
