Fascinating what they do with Eckert if he gave the command to do it all. Surely he has to walk.
-
They never intended to open up better communication. A heavily scripted internal interview and one with media who will have been made very clear what questions to ask and then absolutely nothing else. The utter buffoon Aiyawatt managed to **** the latter up himself. No wonder Anthony doesn’t want him anywhere near the media. The longer it goes on with literally nothing other then admin wishing the women well and trying to sell tickets for the charity game, the worse the news when it does come is likely to be. They are just simply avoiding being honest with the supporters at this point.

Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!

Was Ricardo’s last training session Friday so hopefully plenty of the wasters have cleared their shit out of the club already -
Absolutely hate every single thing about this cluster**** of a club right now Rancid.

The only little thread I’m clinging to living amongst a sea of Forest fans who’ve found all their shirts over the past couple of years after over 20 years of clearly mislaying them, is that if they do get into the Champions League they might overextend themselves. They’ve got a fair bit of average in their squad for big fees and high wages and if they start giving bigger contracts out and a couple of their signings don’t work they could end up falling sharper and harder than otherwise. Typically though they’ll do the right thing, ship Anderson for crazy money, bring in 4 or 5 top 6 players and have a great season.

Agree with this. The FA should be deliberately connecting the WSL / WSL2 with the various grass roots junior football leagues in catchment of the clubs and actively promoting / lining it all up. Encouraging whole teams with parents to go to a game after they’ve played in the morning, cheap tickets, get some food at the stadium, watch the match together, that’s how to get the kids interested in returning and taking more of an active interest. The grass roots girls leagues are in decent shape around us, Leics and Notts in particular especially in the u11 - u15 age groups, lots of girls playing Sunday mornings who’d be a captive audience if the FA actually employed common sense

Next season we promote too
-
Proves he’s got absolutely no sense or judgement.
-
Was thinking the same. Compare that to the Oxford players when Ramsey was sent off early in the season. Fatawu was lying there on his own for about 2 minutes and none of the rest of our players looked like they gave a shit
-
Genuinely think at this point that their narrative is that we will still be ok, we will sell a few and bounce back next season, find a dodgy crypto sponsor once more and off we go. Completely and utterly delusional
-
Oh god he’s going to be kept on isn’t he? 1 win Rowett.
-
Not a chance he stays sadly. Signing before the first relegation would be stunned if he had provision for league one as well as championship wage deduction, has no affinity to the place as we tried our best to ship him out on loan for two years and Wilder will absolutely want him at Sheff U they love him there. Will be one of the only ones we actually manage to move on permanently

Anyone remember Shrewsbury at home 1980s

Yeh was Hamilton, Walshy decapitated their striker, happy days -
Mavididi awful lazy trip
-
Souttar would have made a huge difference this season. Wilder will get him for less than his book value as we will have absolutely no choice.
-
This game is the definition of the saying ‘matter of time’ before they score. We aren’t even trying to attack
-
Absolutely honking
-
*****. If this XI is going strong then **** me I wouldn’t want to see what not going strong looks like
-
Watch Souttar break down again or get a straight red for being about 3 seconds late on their centre forward
-
Shoving pain killers into Souttar and telling him to get through the game so he looks like he’s fit enough to be sold over the summer.
-
Oh no, farewell Aribo, the place won’t be the same without you.

At least he’s written (or had it written for him) that it’s on him. Based on the culture of saving face and social standing that’s going to hurt him - and maybe trigger a response from within the family silver -
Anthony must be on holiday, this is just the same words from his statement on Tuesday in a slightly different order. Word salad

Looking forward hugely to Aiyawatt / Tony’s programme notes for this evening game. bingo card to include - we understand the fans feelings - we will work hard to improve - we are focused on the future - there is a lot of work to do - we will learn from this season - I will do everything I can - I am committed to Leicester city -
Relegation, League 1, financial implications
Cropwellfox replied to splinterdream's topic in Leicester City Forum
We need to accept administration and the likely relegation to league two, clear the decks as much as possible and hope someone without the huge volume of debt sees us as a project. These debts are going to be hanging over the club for the next decade otherwise and by that point we’ll be similar to Bradford City, years in league two and struggling in league one.
