  1. It’s more about loving the club more than hating those driving the club.
  2. Can you somehow rise above the internals. Don’t let them take away your love for your club. Love Leicester more than you hate the dross that has happened. You are obviously hurting, as we all are. They (internally) have damaged our club. Don’t let them damage you too and take away your loyalty. But do what you want to do for you.
  3. Because the badge means more than owners and internal staff. It really is that simple.
  4. It appears you can fill the survey out online as many times as you want? The club will see this as skewing any results
  5. Just out of interest - how many posters on this thread are renewing their STs?
  6. I would tell him it’s a crude word for a females anatomy that most males and some ladies crave for when they are older. Maybe it’s not the best word to use for Rudkin!
  7. I find the point scoring/ downright rudeness at times, against anyone with a different opinion just as bad as what is happening at the club. The football is miserable enough without this constant barrage amongst our own fans. Beginning to think it’s bad for mental health. We all have one love. We all hurt. We are like a family at war with each other and respect has gone completely out the window.
  8. This thread is like politicians trying to win a campaign. They spend so much time slagging off the other parties they lose focus on what they want to, and can achieve.
  9. And I’m always battling with the pair of you!
  10. Anyone fancy putting a pole up to see how many on here are boycotting. Numbers will be low regardless due to minus temperatures, Monday night football, schools are back etc etc. be interesting to see actual numbers. A lot of members do not comment due to the tit for tat comments constantly. They may be more prone to tick a yes no box. I don’t know how to do one myself
  11. I would guess they will want them back if we make the Premier League again. I wouldn’t give mine up no matter what league, no matter how rubbish we are, no matter who is in charge in any position etc. I don’t give a toss what others think. My choice as it is theirs.
  12. This is a good post without the dross that often encompasses anything against Top. All fans are disgruntled. All fans want change. Most fans do not like the name calling. Most fans won’t not go to a match because of our downfall. I certainly will always go because they are my club and no matter how we play, what league we are in, I will always go. I think if we had reasonable fans who could get together without the rubbish derogative comments, and produce something like TOPS WE NEED CHANGE. OR TOPS THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. TOPS GIVE US OUR CLUB BACK. Etc and get people to print out signs then a lot more fans would get involved. You could do a master copy and send the links round the socials. Saying things like Tops feck off is not going to cut it. Make a demonstration non abusive and more fans may get involved. It takes intelligence to influence change not aggression.
  13. And you have every right to disagree as do many others and many others will also agree , which there lies the problem to get a larger number together to protest, particularly in an angry manner. You can’t remove anyone if they are not going to go. You can’t ‘force’ anyone out. Look at the abuse Rudkin has had and still remains. Some will say such and such a club did it but was it really from the fans that they left or because they chose their own time. Some owners would have the attitude of digging in harder against the abuse. I don’t have the answers but I do strongly believe that to get more fans on board the personal attacks are not the answer. It’s not proven so far anyway. A few hundred are trying hard their way and it shows their passion for the club.. Quite a few thousand are not onboard with this style though they also have passion for their club.
  14. Stop the name calling on both sides would be the most helpful IMO. I think if you did a survey to all fans, most want to see change. What most fans don’t like is the chidlish chants and derogative personal remarks at matches and on social media against anyone - fans, players, managers, staff, owners etc. and again, I am talking about both sides. We all get angry but we tend to get angry with each other rather than where the problems are, which despite some opinions, is not with the fans. (I am also guilty of this though I do try hard!). To get fans onside has to not be done with sticks and stones. It won’t work and creates bigger divides. I personally think any major change demonstrated by fans won’t be massive whilst this season is played out. We all want to win a match and climb up the league, but most of us know promotion really should not be our aim as we cannot compete in the higher league with such a dysfunctional club. We need to survive in this league. . See what happens in the summer and then take stock of where we are. The football is bad enough without dodging all the mud slinging.
