I've only just started running again after a year out. Was running 50 min 10ks 3 years ago. Couldn't do a mile without stopping this morning. Consistency is absolutely key. Little and often. On a 2 month plan now to get me back up to 5k runs 3 times a week.

Wife and daughter applied and only had 3 points each. My other daughter got hers last year with 20.

Tbh, chucking it long to Vestegaard was when I thought we'd finally started to have a go. I know he's a bit shit but he looked the most interested in those 5 or 6 minutes than anyone else had all game.

Most great teams have been built on getting players in with the right mentality and the understanding that you win together and lose together.
