If he wants to try and regain any trust or support from some of the bad decisions he keeps on making, he has to start Okoli, drop Ayew and keep Winks out the side from next week onwards. Today's loss wasn't on him, but some decisions annoying me now. Keeping Ayew on when he's clearly ineffective is just amateur. I also don't get why McAteer is continuously given time on the pitch.

Even before he looked knackered he was doing nothing effective. At least with Mavididi you have an actual winger who might actually be useful on the break or stretching the game. Ayew just became a bumbling OAP so stubborn in his 'effort' and ended up just being a passenger.

Ruud didn't react to their Zirkzee sub sufficiently. We had loads of space. They bought on another striker, shifted Fernandes further up. But we had Winks who became useless and then McAteer who did square root of fvck all to 'help' Justin against Garnacho. Negative subs. Mentally weak. This club is pretty much finished. As much as I've wanted to give Ruud a chance to turn things around, and I know he has a limited squad, but still some decisions are starting to absolutely baffle me.
