  1. Be interesting to see what squad is chosen to travel to Hoffenheim on Thursday.
  2. What's he said? Is it just in response to all the vile abuse he gets? I'm not defending him, I couldn't care less about him. But fans need to learn to take it as much as they give it to fans sometimes.
  3. It wouldn't benefit them really. Just makes them look even more financially incompetent that we can't spend anything (because of their stupid spending in summer).
  4. Sky Sports is a load of crap. Clearly just clickbait.
  5. Very much doubt the club will allow it considering their push for digital pre-season.
  6. But it doesn't make our situation any less painful
  7. How long has Seagrave been open? It's huge, but we can't on one hand claim to be ambitious and then knock Seagrave on the head and claim it's too ambitious. No one at the club has ever alluded to wanting to be like Real Madrid (hopefully!) but the problem isn't Seagrave itself. It's the people running the club (this is a common denominator) that are the issue, and within this, people running Seagrave. It's a big attraction no matter what we as fans think. Players love it, clearly.
  8. Looks ready to go!
  9. Couple of loans (non-domestic) and some cheap transfers that may start well and then get stuck in the rut the team finds itself in.
  10. A lot of fans don't know the intricacies of what's gone on between Vichai's passing and the predicament we're in. They don't know the struggles outside of what they see on the pitch and the FA Cup win. They won't know about or can't relate to what incompetencies are shown above manager level. No matter what argument or debating point or even evidence is put to them, they'll always come back with 'at least you had 2016!!'. Well, yeah, we did. But now it's gone to shit hasn't it! We're not delusional to expect the very least from the hierarchy and owners to do their jobs properly or take that responsibility and accountability when things go wrong. We can't have them lapping it up and showing their faces parading trophies on the pitch that players and staff helped win, and then have them rejecting media interviews left, right and centre and hiding and cowering away when shit hits the fan. It's the ultimate sign of cowardice and ignorance to behave like that.
  11. I'm struggling to comprehend what paperwork would have been required (and where the delay was) to prevent him from even training since he signed? I doubt it was anything but something our end, but could it have been international clearance or something like that?
  12. This is beyond an INEOS problem (as some of the replies on the tweet allude to). This is the way football is heading. I saw a clip the other day of Kieran Maguire pretty obviously stating that football is heading the way (if it hasn't already) of tourist attractions as opposed to helping/rewarding/keeping loyal fans that have attended over several years and generations. Thanks to owners. Businessmen who want money and their only goal is to get money. Man Utd and Spurs (which Maguire mentioned) can earn up to £100m per season in ticket sales, so increasing ticket prices by phasing out season ticket holders and upping single matchday tickets can earn them to 20% on top of that. Which could help towards transfers and buying players. That's all the owners see. Fans are not cared about any more.
  13. See, I build myself up to watch the Superbowl all year I then live in hope that the chiefs will lose so I end up watching anyway. Then be miserable on Monday
  14. Not read the thread but to increase potential exposure has anyone organising this contacted TNT sports? Given the game is on that channel they might want to explore speaking to part of the organisers, especially if our results stay the same and there becomes more support for the protest by the?
  15. And then in classic Leicester style we get battered vs Bournemouth a week later while Ipswich beat West Ham...
  16. Phew. Tense finish.
  17. Don't mess this up, Philadelphia!
  18. 4yr contract incoming!!
  19. That didn't look good for Hurts' left knee.
  20. Nice that we could inadvertently play our part in history of the division...
  21. No. We'll gift them a goal or two.
  22. Or perhaps it's to not over-rely on a 38-year old? I think there'd have been no harm in starting Daka, especially yesterday. No harm in a bit of a change when your main striker perhaps needs a bit of a break and another striker can have a go.
  23. 20-25 because we'll get two wins when it doesn't matter/when it's too late.
  24. Same for me in one of my drafts with Bernardo. Usually he's a *****
