Not sure why Enzo is in the list. Combination of senior members of hierarchy and mixture down the chain. Top, Rudkin, Whelan, other senior management, Rodgers all need to shoulder some responsibility for the demise we're in. They all got enough praise for the good times for 2016 and the years that followed, but the last 2-3 seasons (barring FA Cup win) have been really bad both on and off the pitch. You don't go from 'model club' to the shitshow we're in overnight. Crucial decisions that should have been made were missed. Opportunities to improve and build on solid foundations after 2016 and European adventures were sorely missed. Not even a 'hindsight is a wonderful thing' issue.

Some will have interest rated for a year, two years or even longer. Could depend on when you plan to access the funds. And then you can review it before it expires ('matures'). Like Liverpool they seem to get hefty fees for their young players that they've brought through their academy or hoarded from other clubs. But I do wonder how they'll suffer without the European competition money. I'm guessing their owner can't keep pumping stupid amounts of money in - guessing there's rules against this?
