  1. Cosgrove (probably) winning this for us. 34 off 18 balls in red ball cricket is absurd, great stuff from Robson to keep the scoreboard ticking along as well.
  2. Went to see The Revenant tonight, DiCaprio and Hardy are so good in it. Film takes a while to get going but is such an intriguing watch all the way through. Deserves all the Oscar nominations.
  3. The reaction to the Kante goal on that video may be my favourite thing ever. The disappointment at the shot then the pure surprise it's gone in is class.
  4. More than one of his finest. Possibly his greatest ever game...
  5. Eckersley signs new 2 year contract. Shreck signs for another year. Really looking forward to next season.
  6. Southpaw. 9/10. A tried and tested formula that works brilliantly thanks to the performances of Gyllenhaal, McAdams, Laurence and Whittaker. Predictable but managed to keep me on the edge of my seat until the very end.
  7. Really encouraging from Wasim Khan on Radio Leicester tonight... http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p03021fk#playt=00h33m15s
  8. Northants could have 2 batsmen missing. Newton has broken his thumb and Crook went off on a stretcher yesterday. Got to be ruthless here because it's a really good chance to win back-to-back games.
  9. Charlie Shreck has got double figures, anyone know when that last happened?!
  10. "Leicester are one of the most exciting teams in the Premier League - but don't give Ranieri all the credit" http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/leicester-one-most-exciting-teams-6260343
  11. Great bowling display from McKay. Big hour ahead.
  12. Couldn't really see what it was at the game as I sit in G2 but the pictures are absolutely phenomenal. Well done again.
  13. Don't be so silly. There's only one King of this game...
  14. Managed to watch a few films after I've finished my exams... Taken 3 was alright. Better than 2 but not as good as 1. Neeson was good again but was pretty much a bog standard action film. Kingsman was very good fun to watch. The Church scene was ridiculous. Fan of it. Wasn't keen on Foxcatcher, just never got going. Steve Carell is excellent as Du Pont though. American Sniper was very good, had a bit of everything. Totally bought the hype about it. Fitting tribute to Chris Kyle. Whiplash is phenomenal. If you haven't seen it do try and watch it. Compelling viewing Just finished Mad Max: Fury Road though and it's topped everything I've watched recently. Everything about it is absolutely stunning.
  15. Think we've finally sorted out the opening partnership with Boyce and Robson, even if Robson hasn't been in the greatest run of form he's still our best opener. Eckersley and Cosgrove's form is slightly worrying but I think they've got enough in them to play themselves out of it. I'd like to see Redfern or Hill come back in for Wells. McKay, Shreck and Raine are taking enough wickets between them to suggest we don't need Wells' part-time bowling. Redfern/Hill to come in at 4 with Cosgrove moving down to 5 a possibility? Jigar has down wonderfully in the t20 so far but as Riz has said he's been extremely expensive so far in the County Championship so far and he's almost 31, think bringing Sykes in is probably a good idea.
