Im not sure how many relegations I’ve witnessed, going back to 1977 but the last 3 (I’m including this season) have been truly dismal. The one under BR was entirely self inflicted by the manager sulking and sabotaging us by playing Ward and Soumare. That squad should never have gone down Last season was probably expected however we made it worse by the ineptitude of our transfer dealings and choice of managers, we never gave ourselves a chance. That long period without a goal at home was dismal. This season is just off the scale, dreadful players who a lot of the time don’t even seem to be trying, strange team line ups that nobody can fathom out. Our leaky defence being the main reason where we are.

My heart sinks when I see his name on the team sheet, awful player, and captain too. He should have been released a few seasons ago. Our full backs are so bad, every option is dreadful, its a travesty that this has been allowed to happen. Poor recruitment, no forward planning. Which is Rudkins fault.
