The fall out with Thomas, such a shame as he’s a good player and seems a good guy. He will be a big miss.

Let’s be honest the T20 campaign has been a muddled mess, strange team selections, lack of a game plan, poor batting and awful bowling on too many occasions. Thomas and Henderson are responsible.

Poor business by Rudkin again. Useless in his job and yet here we are yet again on the verge of another season of his buffoonery.

Nico did have a scattergun approach to signing players, loved the bloke but we had a massive squad of very average players back then, a smaller squad is better but you’re right Thomas does like to sign aging players.

No surprise there Thomas is an awkward customer.

Ben Green for instance is batting far to high in the T20, captain or not Thomas should be telling him to bat lower down the order. Is Scriven injured? if not he really should be playing. As you say there is very little strategy.

I would tend to agree as in regards of Henderson, we need someone who can keep us at the top level and I’m not sure he’s the one. As for Thomas I know he’s controlling so I lay a lot of the blame for the T20 failure at his door, however he has won a trophy and taken us to Div 1 so he has credit in the bank. There seems to have been a lot of muddled thinking and confusion throughout the season as a whole. Holland allowed to disappear mid season hasn’t helped as well as injuries but that doesn’t excuse the strange toss and team selections.

A couple of questions Why no Scriven? And why is Ben Mike so far down the order, he opened the other week. It just seems a mess of a T20, very muddled thinking.

Another T20 season looks like ending in failure, our choice of captaincy is poor first Kimber and now Green, yes we are a few players missing but this is beyond disappointing. Henderson and Thomas need to take a look at themselves because it’s been awful again.

He will leave, along with Monga and probably Nelson, leaving us with the rubbish nobody wants.

What length of contract did Rudders give him? Probably till 2035 🤣

So many players still here who need to be gone. Unfortunately any good players will go and we will be left with the highly paid failures who nobody wants. A good window for me will see Winks, Okoli, VK, Faes, Thomas, Skipp, Vesty and Hamza all leaving.

I’m on holiday and haven’t seen a single game yet so should be raring to go by the knock out stages. Looking at the games so far there are just too many poor teams taking part. Im in Greece for a month and unfortunately they’re not in it 😩
