As I've stated, plenty of their supporters have stated that both before and after injury they're a better team with him on the right than either Egeli or McAteer, both of which would walk into our team currently. He played 35 times for Ipswich in the Enzo season where they came 2nd in the Championship, followed by a further 18 times for them in the Premier League and another 18 times last season after a bad injury where they again came 2nd, in the Championship. He's comfortably better than any Right Winger we currently have and comfortably good enough to play a part in the Championship this season never mind League One. It's just funny to criticise because he's not got an exotic name, doesn't have a fancy YT highlights video for people to fawn over and is on an enormous wage (of which the likes of Capology aren't privy to anyway 😂)

He doesn't need to be at a necessarily high level to be fantastic in League One and then a squad player in the Championship if we were to get back there within his contract though does he?

Actually like this signing. We need to get promoted this season and he's got 3 recent promotions on his CV and is a nice amount of experience to add to our younger, talented players. He's also not a total dickhead. 2 year deal would be fantastic.

Think we're going to need at least 1 Centre Back, potentially more depending on outgoings. Done a bit of digging and analysis of stats, video footage etc and came up with these 2. Regarding Thomas, he's not nearly athletic enough to be a top level full back. He's also not nearly athletic enough to be a good full back in our system.

You've said it yourself though, you're basing this on last season when we were in a different league with 3 different managers. Page also won't play in the same position for us as Cullen would if he signed for us.

Unsure on his actual technical abilities, but at least he's actually athletic. He's tall and rapid. We've not had an athletic left sided full back in a long time.

I have no idea, but I don't think we'll get more than 5 million for Nelson or Faes, so even if we did get 10 million for Souttar (which I don't think we will) then I think we'll be struggling. I'm also unsure how we'll replace them if the financial stuff that came out from Maguire is anything close to being accurate

Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be getting £20m for Faes, Souttar and Nelson.
