Well, let me rephrase, there was more of a lack of ability than a lack of willing. They both gave a better of impression of wanting to succeed than Faes.

No. Not making excuses. Just highlighting that wages don’t = motivation in any walk of life.

Problem is that there’s no correlation between salary and motivation. In fact, it can often have the opposite effect. That’s not a football thing - that’s a human thing. A slump is hard to get over no matter how much you’re paid.

They keep finding new ways to make things worse. It’s impressive.

I don’t mind who it is as long as they’re good at PowerPoint.
