Right so my opinion is based on myself, as a sustainability consultant. I have a 2005 diesel car and drive twice a month (four times a month maximum) and have no idea why I have to pay a fee when I drove through knightsbridge this weekend and went past loads of ulez compliant cars that shit carbon and don't have to pay the ulez. The principle is fine but it's done so badly

Seems quite popular! My opinion is that it is a poor tax which isn't proven to work and is massively unequitable.
