Guest Posted 8 May 2015 Posted 8 May 2015 Think you're talking about Cersei there, mate. There were so many and it was so long ago that I've become confused.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 8 May 2015 Posted 8 May 2015 I can't see a spoiler in the OP, presumably been edited out now. Did someone mention Sansa's death by any chance? Wasn't she mistakenly killed by Robb Stark after discovering that he wasn't really dead?
Carl the Llama Posted 9 May 2015 Posted 9 May 2015 Wasn't she mistakenly killed by Robb Stark after discovering that he wasn't really dead? Nah he was dead but Tywin secretly had his maesters revive him, dog head and all, only Roose Bolton found out and was going to kill him again to take the North, so Brann crawled back south of the wall to forge an alliance with the Martells while Hodor was off fighting Euron for the right to the dragons now that Tyrion and Daenarys both died in the battle for Tarth. I think that sums it up.
potter3 Posted 9 May 2015 Posted 9 May 2015 Perhaps we'll end up seeing another author finish it a la Wheel of Time. I doubt it though, if he dies before finishing it I think the TV series is all we'll get. +1 on the Malazan series, I'm on book 5 but I've barely read it for a month or two due to exams etc. I think I prefer it to ASOIAF overall, so far.

The malazan series is incredible and I envy you for having another 5+ books to read. I'm onto Erikson's prequel series now and looking forward to the second book being released later this year. Some amazing characters. Coltaine is immense isn't he?

Have you read the other novels in the series by Erikson's mate? Can't recall his name.
