Well that hardly seems fair, pitting the financial clout of Arsenal against presumably far less moneyed outfits.

All is not as it seems. At the moment they only supply us with kit, no money :(

That might change now that we've won everything this summer and become the first English mens team to win a tournament abroad.

It's just such a new sport in this country with a small player-base. Trying to generate some interest though.

Oh I see, I didn't even realise you were with Arsenal, assumed you must be the IoW team :D Many congratulations then!

Thank you.

I quit my previous team in December and got asked to manage BS Arsenal last December and it's gone well.

Off to the European Championships next summer.

If you get the chance, watch tonight's game - the starting five play for BS Arsenal. My youngest is No. 4

Great result!  Didn't actually get to see much of the game because I was late in and they switched the stream off while I was catching up and the score was still only 1-1.  You must be well chuffed.

A good win at 9-4 to England.

We need to beat Netherlands today to be sure of qualification for the promotion finals in Terracina, Italy, on 14th September.

England v Netherlands at 1345 UK time today

7-4 Netherlands dropped it at the death there, top stuff by our lads

You seem to be enjoying it

I think that win puts England through to the Promotion Finals in Italy mid-September.

The top 7 teams in Div B and the bottom team in Div A play-off, the winners taking part in Div A next season.

England have a decent chance but Hungary will probably be favourites

It's something a little different, isn't it?  And when England are involved it's easy to get invested. :P

BS Arsenal, who I manage, have been invited to take part in Copa Lagos 2017, a beach soccer tournament in Nigeria in December and then to fly from there to Sao Paolo in Brazil to take part in the Mundialito de Clubes straight afterwards. This is the World Clubs Championship!!

The Mundialito is too soon for us this year sadly.

Two years ago I emailed City to see if they would be interested in sanctioning our team but I never got a reply.

Gutted ?

The Arsenal Beach Soccer team arrived in Lagos earlier this morning for the Copa Lagos 2017 clubs tournament, starting tomorrow.

If we win, it'll be our fifth tournament victory of the season.

Sadly I haven't been able to go due to work commitments but the Nigerian press have gone all pro-Arsenal Beach Soccer this morning, announcing the team's arrival overnight.

We've even had a message of support from Alex Iwobi

England are in Saudi Arabia for the Neom Beach Soccer Cup, starting today with free live coverage on www.beachsoccertv.com, you just have to register.

Today's games, UK times;

1230 UAE v Germany (Group A)

1345 Spain v Japan (Group B)

1630 China v Brazil (Group B)

1745 England v Saudi Arabia (Group A)

Something different to watch and my youngest should be on his 80th England game during the tournament.
