Drinkwater interviews

[Babylon]

Since he arrived we heard a lot about how he didn't like interviews, could be awkward etc and we rarely heard from him.... So far this season I've seen more interviews with him than the last two years put together. Anyone else noticed that as well?

Thought the exact same thing. He only talks when he's doing well I suppose

I think he maybe see's doing these interviews as an extra string to his bow - in a season where its now or never in trying to establish himself as a regular PL player. Not that it makes any difference objectively! But on a subtle level for him it might help affirm that he means business.

Im probably looking too deep into it tbh -they probs didnt ask him before and now they do

Matty James normally hogs the limelight haha
