Fox 4 Life Posted 28 February 2016 Posted 28 February 2016 Does anyone know if the club would issue paper tickets for a specific game in lieu of the season ticket card? Basically we have 2 season tickets available for the West Ham game as doing hospitality, wanted to sell them in the ticket exchange but not sure giving the physical cards is the safest option. I am sure others do this for games they can't make so does anyone know the best way to proceed?

Once I phoned and they posted paper reprint ones time. 2nd time I picked up from stadium. Neither time did they charge anything. Said I could not attend and was giving ticks to family me mber and happier them going in with paper tickets thany season ticket.
Soar Fox Posted 3 March 2016 Posted 3 March 2016 I've done it twice now once they charged me £5 another time they didn't charge me. Like everything down at the TO it depends who you get.
