C-man Posted 3 April 2016 Posted 3 April 2016 more people applauded than I thought because I was unsure of how many people 1) knew a fan had passed away and 2) knew there would be a minute's applause. I think it started a bit late though cos Southampton had a free-kick in the 67th/68th minute but once that was over the applause really got going. Well the 67th minute is actually 66:00 to 66:59 so it was always going to be late anyway.

It might be meaningless to you, but others may want to pay their respects. Worst case it at least adds to the atmosphere and cheers the lads on.
