I'm not wasting any more time being angry about it. Have to agree, we need to win at least half of the remaining fixtures, I just hope we an do something in the cups to semi-rescue the season.

Cast your mind back to the first game of the season against the mighty Hull...fast forward 6 months and it's the same team, same formation and same performance...sad, slow death

Guest Mickyblueeyes Posted 13 February 2017 Posted 13 February 2017 A team/club is the image of its manager. Only in certain circumstances is that not the case. For example a chairman or someone else in the club tying a managers hand behind his back (in which case the manager should leave); Otherwise, everything else is the managers responsibility. Which means if it goes right, he gets the plaudits and if it goes wrong, he gets the criticism. Lets be honest, this is not a blip or a bit of hard times. This is a monumental cock up. One which a manager should have the intellegience to avoid. It started from us not even considering that Kante may leave till after he has gone. He has shown that he lacks the ability to pre empt problems and highlight possible solutions till after it happens (Kante situation); He struggles to get people to stay on his side, whether it be his players or his coaching staff; His knowledge of players is shocking if it is to believed that Benalouanne, Inler and Mendy (who he apparently wanted before Kante ffs - the man doesn't even get in his team!!) were his signings. Having said that he's never had an ability to pick a player or character to suit a club (see second spell, Valencia as case in point); His tactics are flawed - he needs to tinker because he himself is unsure as to what to do. He causes confusion of his players; He has no control - time and time again, his management is called into question by those who are meant to be on his side. ill give him the nicey nicey media persona if that floats your boat. I cannot not understand what people do not see. He is a flawed manager he always has been. Him leaving will not give us a "boost" it's for he good of Leicester City that he goes. Blame the players, blame top, blame Pearson, blame the mercury but it all points to one man. Why is he still here

Why is he still here 3 reasons (in no particular order), the paying fans still chant his name (hard to understand but it was at Derby) the financial backers of the club are "too honourable" to sack him, and Ranieri won't walk, can't blame him for not walking, after all why walk away from a job you can't do properly but are paid a fortune to (not) do it.
les-tah Posted 13 February 2017 Posted 13 February 2017 every idiot on this forum inlcuding myself has identified the back 4 that started yesterday needed sorting. personally think if he hasn't done it by now he is not going to. i love ranieri but if he isnt going to drop these under performing players then we need to get someone who will.
