So I guess we should ignore the fact that Vardy had 13 goals in 36 appearances last season, or the fact that he only has 1 goal each 161 minutes in all competitions this season or the fact that he was allegedly one of the key factors in Ranieri's departure?

And please don't tell me "but he puts in 100% each game".. that's subjective. If we look at the stats in a neutral point of view, we can see that he isn't any more committed than Mahrez or Slimani (for example).

Also you give Ulloa the benefit of the doubt because he wasn't played often, but you don't seem to give Slim that benefit of the doubt. Slimani hasn't ever started a premier league game under Shakespeare (other than vs Everton the game before the UCL) and has yet to play a second under Puel.

And what is this "evidence" you speak of? What scientific evidence proves that a player isn't committed?

Ps: I like Vardy. I'm just disproving your argument

13 goals was a record high for us in the PL before a couple of years ago also he was struggling for service last season, didn't Mahrez go through a spell of not completing a successful pass to him for months? I'm not putting the blame on Mahrez for Vardy's low return i'm just stating facts. Also wasn't Vardy something like 3rd in the league for shots to goals ratio so when he was provided or got chances he scored, i'm not gonna deny I didn't want Vardy dropped last season though, I did.

Leaving a training camp ahead of an inportant world cup qualifier to try and sell himself and beg clubs to buy him, failure to return ahead of that important world cup qualifier, apparently going AWOL for a few days, pulling out of tackles are just a couple of things, but regardless of whether you agree or disagree with those examples you honestly believe he wants to stay?

No where in my post have I defended Mahrez. I'm just saying, if you critisise him then also critisise Vardy and everybody else in the club.

Which I have time and time again, i'm not sure what point you're trying to make here, i'm not sure why you made the post about asking who I thought wasn't committed because i've made the points over and over.

Drinkwater obviously wasn't, whilst I like Ulloa - Ulloa obviously wasn't under Ranieri, Vardy has been seen to engineer a potential move in the past, possibly still is (Workrate very rarely in question though), evidence supports Mahrez isn't (Albeit performances are taking an upturn in the last 4 games), likewise Slimani.

What a re-write of History.

Drinkwater was our best player and one of the few who did play well in the first half of the season and then he continued to play to lift us from the mes when he was quite clearly injured.

Vardy as much as I love him was clearly  different players before and after Ranieri left as was Fuchs. Mahrez was simply poor all season, slimani was hard working and injured without ever getting a real chance to show his worth.
