My brother mentioned another Micky Adams idea a while ago and it was to make the changing rooms smaller by putting a curtain up. For those who haven't been into the changing rooms, it's like one massive open plan room with a few separate rooms and I think Micky wanted to curtain off the changing area so the players were more compact.
