difficult to say really, he`ll  go into the squad I would think, depends on his match fitness really,

Why does it? Adams has a thing for playing unfit players. He'll start for sure.

He is 28 and hasnt been a regular for any club except Hibs where he started out as a player from 1993-1998. He then moved to Derby where he was mostly used as a sub.

does this mean adams is dropping scowcroft? or just putting him on the left? if thats the case harper will see very little of the ball coz instead of walker kicking it long and out to the right he'l just do it to the left. lets get the ball down and pass the bloody thing around. we'v got the players to do it!!!!

Micky won't drop Scowcroft - So It's hoofing to the left then. <_< ;)

He was talking on the radio yesterday before the game, and said he doesnt want to stay any longer than a month unless we can offer him a permanent deal and then he'd consider it.

You can't argue with that, it's not like he's going to be kissing the badge and giving the fans false hope like Bent did. I appreciate his honesty.

Watching Harper yesterday made me realise just how bad Gillespie and Canero are

I know that Gillespie has been pretty dire since he came here, but I think Canero is a really good prospect if given the opportunity. He did really well at the end of last season and didn't do much wrong in his recent performances - admittedly he wasn't particularly great either. I think he could change a few people's minds about him.

MA's has always stated that Canero was signed as a RB, he only played RM last season in an attempt to get fit. So comparing Harper as a winger to Canero is, well unfair

Point taken its not fair to judge Canero yet but how long are we stuck with Gillespie?

Ah Gillespie now that's a different story, where should I start, errrr what a waste of a talent.............nah forget it it's all be said before.

I don't think Canero has done much wrong, but he's looked a bit weak defensively. I would prefer to have Makin right back because he looks a more composed player who will distribute/cross the ball more effectively. Canero is primarily a wing back, where he's played with Kilmarnock for the past few seasons.

But will Micky play wing backs? Most probably not

No, that's why I think Canero will be left out, unless Makin get's injured.

Makin seems to be a better player than cnaero though so i'm not complaining ;)
