Posted 3 August 2019 Posted 3 August 2019 https://www.lcfc.com/news/1299900/exactly-what-we-needed-says-rodgers I'd assumed the proposed Nice game was cancelled months ago or a rumour that never went anywhere, but at the end of the Atalanta match breakdown on the official website, Rodgers says, “We’ve got a game behind closed doors tomorrow which will get a number of the other players up to speed, so I’m very pleased with how it’s gone overall and of course, we have another week to prepare.” I assume that could be Nice. Wonder if we'll find out how they do?

Given the Football League has started, my guess is it would be another Premier League team? Even if it is the B squads, It would have been good if they played in public, even if they used a small non-league ground.
