Sky's month pass on Now TV is usually £33 so its inline with there competition.

Amazon will no doubt charge more further down the line

Amazon have a much bigger market, they may or may not charge more, but I dont see it ever been at the price of sky/BT.

I am really really hoping either netflix or amazon grab this in future.  As I think BT/sky's model is horrible.  Plus been able to pick which game to watch and have live stats as well is vastly superior.  That alone will have them more customers, and with more customers you can charge each one less for same revenue.

The thing with Amazon is they can use it as a market loss as they hope people will order stuff from them while they have the free trial and see the convenience of ordering

well yea that's one of the main reason the have got involved more than likely .. they already know that to be the case .. Statista found that Amazon Prime members spend an average of $1,300 per year compared to non-Prime members who spend $700 annually.
