Both of Crouch's books are good easy reads. My other shout would be 'The Nowhere Men' which gives pretty detailed accounts of the activity and movement of youth scouts around the early discovery and acquisition of the likes of Raheem Sterling and Jack Whilshere. Really interesting rad.

You can pick one up on Amazon for about a Fiver
