cisono Posted 1 November 2005 Posted 1 November 2005 REFUND for FANS who TRAVELLED to HOME PARK Leicester City supporters who made the long trip to Home Park for Tuesday evening's abandoned Championship clash against Plymouth Argyle will be able to watch the rearranged match free of charge. Foxes fans who braved the elements are advised to keep hold of their match ticket stubs and exchange them for new ones at the City Ticket Office at the Walkers Stadium in due course. Also, any supporter who travelled to the match via Fox Travel will be handed a refund while any fan who made the trip independently will be able to claim a seat on a Fox Travel coach for the rearranged match free of charge on production of a match ticket stub. A rearranged date for the fixture will be confirmed on the website, in the official matchday programme and in the local media as soon as details are made known.
SystonFox Posted 1 November 2005 Posted 1 November 2005 good news. but what if u live in london, and went to the game via train. would you get a refund on it? or just a seat on the coach to the replay? what happens then as i doubt a londoner will travel up here to go down there via coach. right? not that it affects me just wonder have they thought about it.

To be fair, there is not much they can do about it really is there? You are also looking at the bare minimum of people. I think it is a good immediete response.

I think it is a good immediete response. absolutely top notch customer care. the fans who get home at 3 o clock in the am of wednesday morning read this and have something to maybe smile about. im sure people who make there own way there will mind anyway. it happened at burnley last season, i was thinking the other day actually what will be the next postponed game. how queer.
john_lcfc Posted 1 November 2005 Posted 1 November 2005 good immediate response from leicester and generous considering they will have had to pay the coach company.. well done leicester. now get your other things right
