None were free kicks 

 

Serious answer though, i imagine they were all from getting to a free kick or corner. Hardly surprising really, that's where centre backs score most their goals from.

I can think of 4 away at WBA who were relegation rivals at the time.

1 away at Spurs and 2 away at Man City who were both title rivals at the time.

Cant think of the other two.
