Odd choice of location for the three blocks.

 

When you're trying to attract new supporters, why shove it in a section that (for some stupid reason) has a load of 'restricted view' seats... yes the long term fan knows it's not restricted but someone new might not.

 

Also why not just try and fill up behind one of the goals, or open up two blocks at each end to try and create a bit more of an atmosphere.
