We lack physical and mental strength. Dan Burn seems like a decent character from his post match interviews. We could do with strong characters right now 

In fairness once Wilf & Timmy got either side of him he was just breaking into the box & i was pleading with them not to tackle because of the inevitable penalty but then with Dan square on he shouldn't have been able to get a shot past him, wasn't great.

I guess that depends on who you talk to. I don't see it as simple as one or the other, it could even be a bit of both. Fwiw, I learn towards the former; it's a squad better than some we've had before that are capable of playing better than they currently are (given a change of tactics, line-up, motivation, etc etc etc)

To get things sorted we cant twist 25 players... but we can chsnge the manager.

Imo rodgers has run out of ideas.
