Season ticket game sell back

Don’t know if anyone can put me in the right direction but I’ll be missing a couple of games over April due to holiday never had to do the ticket sell back option before, so could anyone tell me how this is done who where to contact please?

You do it on the ticketing website, but you cannot do it until the match sells out, and you’ll only get paid if your seat sells

The match doesn't necessarily have to have sold out totally.   They do allow ticket resale at some point, when they're near-ish to selling out.

I also think you are limited to 4 resales for the season.

It's now 5. They open the resale platform for matches in the weeks before which doesn't appear to have any relevance to how many have already been sold. The resale tickets don't get priority until nearer the time.
