Using an OAP season ticket

My dad can't attend tonight and I was wondering how easy it is to get into the ground in an OAP season ticket? Do they actually check?

 

It will be an adult using it but don't want any issues for my dad further down the line. Thanks for any advice

When you scan the ticket the lights on the turnstile scanner light up , adult shows green light, any concession is green & amber. It just depends if the steward the other side is looking or if he is, how much he's really bothered. How old do you look? Just pull your hood up , carry a blanket & a flask😂, pretty sure you'll be ok.

Surely watching Cooper's Leicester this season would have suffienctly aged the individual concerned?

Out of interest, did you get in? Ill be doing something similar at a game i wont specify, soon

Never had an issue using my dads over 65's card with various different people over the years when my dad couldn't make it.

Thanks for the help! No issue at all getting in and didn't get challenged. Hope you have a similar experience

Just be aware that if you are caught, the club will ban your dad no questions asked.

Given my experience on Tuesday, if you walk through the turnstiles saying "The defence looks good, we've just got no midfield Darren" and then continue to say that 48 times throughout the game... no one will bat an eyelid.
