We should be utilising our academy much more like this. Developing players not necessarily to play for us but to sell for the purposes of profit. A number of £500k sales per summer add up to a half decent amortised signing.

We should start adding buy back clauses into contracts. Sell the player for whatever, if for any reason they start to kick back on and make great progress, we activate our buy back clause
