Might be down to the human rights abuses of its evil regime. Much publicised but we’d be ok to sell our souls for these. No thanks.

He absolutely won't and it's madness you think he will. Vichai made some early mistakes then had loads of successes. Top was around for that so should have picked up on it. Top has made mistakes after mistake, overseeing a catastrophic demise of not only the club, but his/KP's financial investment in the club. And what changes has he made at absolute crisis with so many clear issues? Absolutely none.

He doesn't care about the football club anymore and he's got 0 desire to correct things. I understand why people would initially hold this hope when we went down, as I did (though that was more in hope than expectation) but to still believe that at this point? It's essential for the long term future of this club that he sells up ASAP.

Only time will tell. I'd say it's pretty disingenuous to say he doesn't care.

He can care and still be making terrible decisions

On this point, I think foreign investors without the emotional attachment would look at our performances between 2018 and 2021 to see that the 2016 title win wasn't a fluke. We were well run, competitive, ambitious and looked set to be a club punching above its weight for years to come. And we did it without spending vast sums.

The 2018 transfer window involved a decent young Championship midfielder from Norwich, a 22-year-old Turkish centre-back from a midtable Bundesliga club and a bit-part right-back from Porto who'd spent two years on loan at Nice. Not the most ambitious transfer window on paper, but they formed the core of a team that would threaten the top six and play some of the best football in Europe at times.

And since then, we've built world-class training facilities with solid investment in youth. Plus we're a one club county with a genuinely huge catchment area of almost 750,000 people.

If Top wanted to sell, he wouldn't be short of buyers.

Leics population is ~1.05m, plus there’s North northants, south lincs etc

Oh aye, I hadn't added the city to the county! You're right, of course; a successful Leicester City has a genuinely huge catchment area with absolutely no rivals anywhere near us.
