This was my post from West Ham away and it's the same case again for this one:
 

Just a reminder that the club didn't put this on sale to one home or away point, let alone general sale. Granted it's a hard sell at the moment, but it would have helped shift those extra 500 or so tickets. Especially as virtually every other away game sells out anyway without needing those two sale brackets. Unfortunately this is what we're up against and it's an all too familiar story. The club work against their own supporters and the lack of regard is a consistent theme.

 

The club's dysfunctional booking process has also been apparent again, like the website showing the fixture as sold out, only to check back and find random groups of tickets had suddenly become available.

Just had an email re thoughts on digital tickets for this game and any feedback I may have, anyone else had one.It says all responses will be anonymous yet ask for your supporter number name and email address.

I told them it was very hard (1 out of 10) to scan my ticket from 150 miles away as I didn't bother going. 

 

I don't really get the point of this survey as they are enforcing it anyway.
