Hi guys,

 

I logged in on the app and I want to pass to family from my season ticket.
 
However there is a distribute and also a forward button. 
 
I selected the sheff wed game for my son and I to pass on, but there's no options available.
 
Is there a date from when this will be possible? Or has anyone done this yet?
 
Anyone seen the difference between  having the forwarding and distributing buttons is confusing as they seem to do the same thing?
 
I have asked Jim at lcfchelp in the meantime...

Just rang ticket office and they confirmed those options won't be possible until tickets go on sale. Apparently it is written somewhere on the site...

Don’t want to make a new topic on the resale platform but listed my Birmingham ticket for the first time. 
says after that all tickets will be available after the fixture sells out. It’s probably been asked before but what happens if the fixture don’t sell.

You only get money back if your ticket is resold.

Look at the site yourself and see if your seat is available to buy

You should be able to see on your account if the ticket has sold, go to your account details and then tickets and you should be able to see resale status

Just forwarded my ticket to friend today but sons ST (u16) is greyed out. Will ring the club tomorrow to see what's going on.
